Wisconsin Muenster Grilled Cheese with Heirloom Tomatoes and Garlic Butter

Ingredients:

1 tablespoon butter, softened
2 slices wheat bread
2 1-ounce slices Wisconsin Muenster Cheese
4 baby heirloom tomatoes, halved
Garlic salt

Cooking Directions:

Spread butter on one side of both slices of bread. Lay one slice of bread butter side down. Top with one slice of Muenster Cheese, tomatoes, and remaining slice of cheese. Top with remaining slice of bread, butter side up. Sprinkle butter with garlic salt. In a frying pan over medium heat, place sandwich, garlic butter side down. Sprinkle top piece of bread with garlic salt. Grill until golden brown on each side; about 3-5 minutes. Remove from heat and let rest for one minute. Serve.
