Wisconsin Brie Grilled Cheese with Strawberries and Honey

Ingredients:

Cinnamon sugar
1 tablespoon butter, softened
1 English muffin
2 ounces Wisconsin Brie Cheese, rind removed
1 strawberry, stemmed and thinly-sliced
1 teaspoon honey

Cooking Directions:

Mix cinnamon sugar with butter, set aside. Split English muffin and place nooks-and-crannies side down. Cover both halves with Brie slices and press into muffin. Top one side with strawberries and drizzle with honey. Place other piece of English muffin on top, cheese-side down.

Spread half of cinnamon sugar butter into the nooks and crannies on one side. Heat a pan over medium heat. Place sandwich into heated pan, butter side down and brown 2-3 minutes. Butter remaining side of muffin and flip. Grill until golden brown and remove from heat. Let rest for a minute. Serve.
